Born and raised in Bend, Oregon, Jaxson is an avid rock climber and skier. Before making the move to real estate, Jaxson studied energy systems engineering at Oregon State and started his career in construction management building a data center for a global tech company. Now as a Real Estate Broker and Business Development Rep, Jaxson prides himself in finding solutions, adding value through honest education, and closing the deal with excellent service and communication.

We specifically created this program to help the realtors we work with expand their business and reach their goals

Jaxson’s services in the Realtor Support Program and assistance during the transaction are all completely free to you and your clients!

Nope! While each loan is individually priced to remain competitive, an additional fee is not charged for working with Jaxson.

First, we’d love to know what you don’t like so we can cater the program to work best for you. If you still don’t think it’s a good fit you are welcome to continue working with the Sparrow Capital team or find another lender. We’d be sad to see you go though. :’(
